LDM Publishing (ldmworld.com) announced today its short film, “Chasing Time,” written and directed by Oliver Richman (oliverrichman.com), has been named Best Non-Broadcast (short film) in the 42nd Annual Telly Awards, winning three Silver awards and one Bronze.
